Privacy Policy

Pixel Market ("the Game") is developed by plancode.net. This policy explains how the Game handles your information.

Summary

There is no account and no sign-in, and your game progress never leaves your device. We cannot identify you, and nothing here is sold or shared with data brokers.

Three things do involve data:

Your Game Progress

Money, shelves, staff, settings and language are stored only on your own device, using:

Deleting the app, or clearing your browser data, erases this permanently. We hold no copy, so there is nothing for us to restore, export or delete on your behalf.

Advertising

The Game shows rewarded video ads, and only when you ask for one. There are no banners, no interstitials and no ads that play on their own. Every ad in the Game is behind a button you have to tap: extending a shift, shortening a wait, or claiming a free power-up. Declining costs you nothing but the reward.

Ads are served by Google AdMob. When you watch one, Google may collect and process:

Google uses this to select ads, measure performance and limit repetition, and may use it to show you personalised advertising across other apps and websites. This is tracking, and we do not pretend otherwise. Google's handling of that data is governed by their own policy: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Your controls:

Analytics

The Game records anonymous counts of what happens inside it, so we can tell which parts work and which parts frustrate people. Examples: the app was opened, the tutorial reached step 4, a shelf was built, an ad was offered and declined, the Game crashed.

Each install generates a random identifier the first time you play — a meaningless code like f47ac10b-58cc-…. It exists so that two events from the same phone can be counted as one player rather than two. It is not your device ID, it is not shared with any other app, it is never combined with anything from outside the Game, and it cannot be turned back into a person. We could not tell you which player you are if you asked us.

We do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, precise location, or any advertising identifier through analytics. Crash reports contain the error message and the code path that failed — never the contents of your device.

Processing is done by PostHog, acting on our instructions and not for their own purposes. PostHog's privacy policy.

Your control: open Settings → Share usage data and turn it off. It takes effect immediately, on the very next event — nothing is queued or sent later, and the Game plays exactly the same either way. There is no "are you sure", and we do not ask again.

Purchases

The Game offers one-time purchases that remove the shop's closing timer and add convenience. There is no subscription and nothing that is billed repeatedly.

Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google — we never see your card, billing address or full name. To let you restore a purchase after reinstalling or changing phone, receipts are validated by RevenueCat, which records the purchase and a store-issued identifier against an anonymous ID. RevenueCat's privacy policy.

If you have bought nothing, no purchase data exists.

Third-Party Services

Three, all named above: Google AdMob (ads), PostHog (analytics) and RevenueCat (purchase receipts). There is no social login, no cloud save, no advertising network beyond AdMob, and no data brokers. We sell nothing to anyone.

Children

The Game is rated 4+ / Everyone and is suitable for all ages. Ad content is restricted to a G rating. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and nothing the Game records can identify a child — analytics counts actions, not people.

For a child's device we recommend turning off Settings → Share usage data and simply not using the optional ad buttons. Nothing in the Game requires either, and it is fully completable without them.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or erase personal data held about you. Here is the honest position on each kind of data in the Game:

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will accompany a new release of the Game.

Bear in mind there is no account to look up. Your save lives only on your device, so we cannot restore or transfer it, and analytics is anonymous enough that we cannot pick your data out of it. Purchases are the one thing we can usually help trace, since Apple and Google issue a receipt.
